The Akamai Identity Cloud (AIC) service will undergo a planned maintenance on 17-09-2020 starting at 17:00 UTC. The intent of this maintenance is to:
- Performance and Stability improvements for Webhooks v3 - This release is low risk, however, does require a database upgrade that will cause downtime for Webhooks v3. Events will not be delivered during the maintenance window, but will be delivered once the maintenance is complete.
Notice: Starting October 1st, 2020, Akamai Identity Cloud will require TLS 1.2 when logging into Console.
This maintenance will be implemented sequentially across all regions during the maintenance window, which is expected to require 1 hour. The service will remain operational during this period with no disruptions expected for any AIC customer or their users. However, if you experience a service issue during or shortly after this planned change please contact AkaTec at the numbers listed here.
