The Akamai Identity Cloud (AIC) service will undergo a planned maintenance on 25 JUNE 2020 starting at 12:00 UTC. The intent of this maintenance is to support a custom password hashing algorithm and conduct defect corrections to the Console.
This maintenance will be implemented sequentially across all regions during the maintenance window, which is expected to require 7 hours in total to complete. Specifically, this will be conducted in two steps - the first starting at 12:00 UTC and the second starting at 18:00 UTC.
The service will remain operational during this period with no disruptions expected for any AIC customer or their users. However, if you experience a service issue during or shortly after this planned change please contact AkaTec at the numbers listed here.
