Akamai has detected a situation with the AWS ElastiCache architecture in the EU Data Region that could impact Hosted Login service availability if not corrected. This requires a proactive change to prevent an outage.

Description of Change:

1. Create new Redis with larger capacity for Hosted Login.
2. Copy sessions from the existing Redis over to the new Redis (1 to 5 min copy time)
3. Deploy a new application config to pointing to the new Redis
4. Switch to new Redis

Service Impact:

No impact to service is anticipated during this change.
