During this scheduled maintenance event, the Janrain team will be taking action to gradually shift traffic to pre-tested endpoints behind the Janrain Secure Edge. Janrain teams will be closely monitoring all traffic during this migration and have contingency plans in place to revert the change if any issues are encountered. No impact to normal service operation is expected during this scheduled maintenance event.
This change will be performed between December 5th and December 15th beginning in the Australia region on the 5th, following up with Europe and finally the United States region. In all regional migration cases, changes will be performed during low peak traffic times to further ensure mitigation of any potential for issue with this scheduled event.
