During this scheduled maintenance event, the Identity Cloud team will be performing an update to our Social Analytics service. Specifically, we will be performing an update to the database engine that supports Engage Social Analytics. During the maintenance event social analytics displayed within the Engage Dashboard will not be updated. When the event is complete the social analytics will be updated with the events that occurred during the window and then as normal. No events or analytics will be lost.
