The Akamai Identity Cloud (AIC) service will undergo a planned maintenance on 28 MAY 2020 starting at 16:00 UTC. This work will make corrections to existing functionality including:

Update the Gizmo 2.17.1 service to remove CAPI from critical path and correct session TTL issues
Update the Capture UI 3.27.0 service to fix silent merge functions

This maintenance will be implemented sequentially across all regions during the maintenance window, which is expected to require 3 hours. The service will remain operational during this period with no disruptions expected for any AIC customer or their users. However, if you experience a service issue during or shortly after this planned change please contact AkaTec at the numbers listed here.
