Scheduled
During this scheduled maintenance event, the Akamai Identity Cloud Engineering teams will be removing all support for legacy TLS protocols (specifically allowing TLS1.2 and disallowing clients to negotiate down to TLS1.0 or TLS1.1 protocols). This change should not come as a surprise , most of the internet is using TLS 1.2, the current latest version of the protocol (though TLS 1.3 is around the corner). TLS1.2 is the only version of the protocol that is recommended by cryptographers and has been available for over 9 years now.

NOTE - this change will impact the Traditional Registration and Login service only at this time (as noted in "components affected" section).

This change is being announced well in advance to allow our customers time to verify and remediate their current client configuration specific to TLS, if any changes are required on their side.

This change will begin on June 3rd, at 09:00 PST or 16:00 UTC.
