The Akamai Identity Cloud (AIC) service will undergo a maintenance on 29 JULY 2020 at 17:00 UTC. The intent of this maintenance is to:

- Improve handling of login for the JS SDK (Widget) when Bot Manager (BMP) blocks a login
- Upgrade Webhooks DB in the US, EU, and Singapore data regions
- Correct several fixes for Social Authentication

The Webhooks DB upgrade will interrupt that service for approximately 1 hour. However, the customer-facing services will remain operational during this period with no disruptions expected for any AIC customer or their users.
