We will be performing some maintenance on the Registration service. This maintenance is estimated to take approximately 20 minutes and will be performed between the hours of 15:00 and 16:00 on Tue, August 22nd, 2017. 

We do not expect any downtime during this event, however, it is possible that reCAPTCHA may issue errors, for ~1 minute, to end user's who register or log in with traditional registration during this time.
