This maintenance event will consist of an upgrade to the database that backs our Traditional Login and Registration services. This upgrade is a mandatory AWS upgrade that will provide bug fixes, new functionality, and significant performance improvements. During the upgrade, customers should expect approximately 10 minutes of downtime which will result in End Users and API calls having to retry after the downtime is complete.
