Facebook login issues now resolved
A work around for this morning’s unexpected OAuth changes have been applied and logins are now working properly.

Janrain Engage is currently experiencing issues with Facebook logins. We are investigation a work around for the unexpected change in behavior of Facebook’s OAuth implementation.
Janrain Engage Service Restored
The Janrain Engage service is back online and all functionality has been restored. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Root cause analysis is currently underway and we will update with more information shortly. Thanks for your patience!

Aurthorize.net is back up - plus signups now available
The service provided by authorize.net for plus signups is functioning again.
Aurthorize.net is down - plus signups unavailable
Earlier this AM, Authorize.net our payment processor went down. as a result new users will be unable to create plus accounts and existing customer will not be able update their billing information.
Janrain Engage Back Up
The Janrain Engage server has been restarted and all functionality has been restored. We are in the process of improving our server redundancy which will diminish this type of failure in the future. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
